Preparatory Courses for Cambridge Certificates
We offer preparatory courses for internationally recognised language certificates in English. The most well-known of these certificates is arguably the certificate exams developed and published by the University of Cambridge. We recommend taking these courses only after your level of skill has been evaluated in a placement test and found to be sufficient for that particular exam.  We offer prep courses in small groups and as part of courses abroad. The exams themselves can be taken in March, June and December. You can find details at the following address: We teach the preparatory courses for both the General English and Business English certificates.

Special Note for companies wishing to book language courses:
We recommend certificate courses to companies wishing to book language courses.  These certificates not only confirm a participant has a certain level of English but also function as a method of comparison between employees and applicants.

Length of the Courses
Provided the participants’ skills are sufficient for the course they’ve chosen, each of the prep courses are comprised of 80 45 minute lessons.  Should the participants require extra instruction in order to begin the course at a certain level, the number of lessons will be higher to accommodate those extra lessons.

Teaching Material
It is absolutely essential that the participants purchase the books recommended by the instructor.  We will provide the participants with additional material at no extra charge.

And here’s a special tip:
You won’t get anything out of the course unless you put into it too. If you want to be successful in the course, it’s extremely important that you do your homework.  Our recommendation to participants:  Revise your notes regularly and do all your homework on time.
